The Restoring Childhood Model (RCM) provides therapeutic services to children and young people impacted by family violence. Grounded in evidence informed practice, the RCM will involve specialist intake & triage, supported referrals, secondary consultations and medium term counselling.

The Senior Clinician will be required to provide clinical leadership in the implementation of RCM including the provision of supervision of and consultation with Clinicians in the team. Working cooperatively with both internal and external stakeholders will be required in this role.

 

About you:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinician with 5 years experience conducting clinical work with children as well as post graduate training in a relevant field.
  • Someone with a strong understanding of the complexity of the family violence and child protection and family violence service systems and the issues involved in providing services our clients.
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision to clinical staff supporting infants, children and families.
