We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our Home Based Care team. The Senior Manager Home Based Care manages a team comprised of case managers who support home based care placements. This role also oversees the case management of young people who reside in the Residential Services program and Targetted Care Paackages.

The Senior Manager will ensure the range of programs are fully developed within the context of regional needs by monitoring demand for service, liaison with key stakeholders, identification of areas for program innovation and ensuring that relevant data is collected and analysed. You will also ensure high quality service through recruitment and staff development systems.

The successful applicant will have experience delivering and managing programs in the community sector, in particular statutory clients and a tertiary qualification in social work, welfare or a related social science.
